About the AHS Athletic Boosters

The Atholton High School Athletic Boosters Association is a non-profit volunteer organization established to promote school spirit and work to improve our sports and club teams. Our primary purpose is to get students, parents, staff and the community involved in our programs so we can improve AHS athletics. The athletic programs at AHS offer all students an outstanding opportunity! Academic excellence, sportsmanship, competition, and personal improvement are the common goals of the school's administration, coaching staff, and the boosters. We usually meet the second Monday every month at 7:00PM in the cafeteria. Please join us! We need your support and involvement.

Guidelines

Funds are raised to purchase awards, supplies, equipment, uniforms, and capital items. The Boosters support continued training and development courses for our coaches. We also run a Sports Development Camp in the summer.

Fundraising

We raise funds through memberships, fundraising activities, concessions at various athletic events, and spirit wear sales. Every year the Boosters provide thousands of dollars to AHS athletics. You are invited to volunteer your time and energies to support these fundraising activities.

If you would like to join the boosters, please see the Membership page.

For any questions and to learn about volunteer opportunities, you can contact any of the members listed on the Boards and Committees page or contact Barbara Slayton (the current Boosters President) directly at 410-531-5353.
