By Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett.  Newly Adapted by Wendy Kesselman
Based on the diary of a gifted teenager living through extraordinary times, this play puts a human face on the terrors of the Nazi era. The Frank family hid for more than two years in an attic above their business.  This play “captures the claustrophobic realities of their daily existence—their fear, their hope, their laughter, their grief.” This stunning and powerful 21st century revision of the 1950s script starred Natalie Portman on Broadway.
