MUSIC, FOOD AND FUN!
Please join us for the AHS Music Department annual
POPS CONCERT
Saturday, January 17th
Join the students of the music department for an evening of
instrumental and vocal musical performances including, soloists,
ensembles, orchestra, madrigals, concert choir, SWE, concert band
and the jazz band. This is the only time of the year you can see
all of these talented groups in the same evening!

DESSERT & COFFEE CAFÉ

open at 6:15)
Kick off the evening with an elegant Dessert & Coffee Café. Indulge
yourself in decadent desserts and fair trade coffee served by our
students while enjoying the sights and sounds of our talented
performers at center stage in the cafeteria.
7:30PM LARGE
GROUP PERFORMANCES
The evening crescendos in the gymnasium with the Bands, Concert
Choir and Orchestra. Enjoy the expansive sounds of our larger
musical groups!
TICKET INFORMATION
*SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE:
Be a sponsor for only $40 and you get two tickets to the entire
evening, plus preferred seating in the café!
*Café Individual Tickets: $12 per person
– one seat in café and one ticket to large group performance
(*These tickets
must
be purchased in advance by sending in a reservation form and
payment. Tickets will be distributed at the door.)
If you prefer to come to the LARGE GROUP
PERFORMANCES
ONLY,
the entrance fee of $5.00 can be paid at the gymnasium door
beginning at 7:00 p.m. There are no advance ticket sales for those
only attending the large group performances.
