Fall
Car Wash will be Saturday,
September 6, 9am to 2 pm
Set-up
starting at 8am.
To make this successful we not
only need our dedicated
students, but we also need
parent volunteers.
1) We have three shifts
(8-10:30am, 10am-12:30pm,
12-2:30 pm) and for each shift
we need a couple Washing
Supervisors, Towel Supervisors,
and a Traffic Director. We also
need a scribe to write down
license plate numbers of the
cars we wash and count the cars.
2) Towel Washers - 4 people
to pick up dirty towels at the
end of the car wash, launder
them and bring them back to
school during the week.
3) Concession Stand - 2
people per shift to sell the
baked goods, drinks, and grilled
food
4) Grill Master - help grill
from 11am to 1 pm.
5) Food Buyer - someone to
buy hotdogs, hamburgers, veggie
burgers, rolls, condiments, foil
sheets, soda, and water (maybe
napkins)
6) Clean-up crew - the more,
the merrier!
7) Please donate baked good
(no peanuts, please) packaged to
sell @ 50 cents.
Any Student who stays until
2pm will get a free lunch!
