Auction |

The
Auction which will be held on Saturday, February 23,
2008 will benefit the Atholton High School
Music Department and is one of our largest
fundraisers.
Volunteers are needed prior to the auction and the
afternoon and evening of the auction. Contact
HelenGasper@verizon.net for more information or to
volunteer.
Donations are needed for the Silent Auction which
is held in conjunction with the 2008 AHS/RHS Music
Department Art Auction to be held on February 23.
Prior donations from parents and local businesses have
included items such as gift certificates to spas and
restaurants, jewelry, Redskins tickets, and lawn
services. We would appreciate receiving donations by
February 1 if possible. Please be generous in support
of our students. Contact

Car
Wash |
|
|
We
hold two car washes - one in the fall and one in the
spring. Students raise money for the department by
getting pledges from people in the community. The
amount of money raised is determined by the amount of
pledges and number of cars washed. Car washing is
free to the community. |

Fruit |

From November through February, we
sell fresh citrus fruit from Florida. Students
take orders from friends, neighbors and family for
monthly deliveries of fresh fruit. FOR INFO:

Giant
Cards |
|
|
Gift cards from Giant Food are a new way for students to
raise funds for their spring trip accounts. They will
receive credits to their accounts equal to four percent
of the face value of the cards bought in their names.
Unlike many fund raisers this one doesn't cost you
anything extra - just the money you would have spent on
groceries, pharmacy items, etc. at Giant anyway.
We will regularly sell cards in denominations of $25,
$50, and $100.
Orders and payments should be turned in to the music
teachers. In most cases students will receive the cards
within a day or two. Large orders (over $500) should be
turned in by Tuesday so the cards can be delivered on
Friday.

You can support our music
department by placing and ad in our Winter and Spring
concert program. Business can show their support through
a corporate ad, while other patrons can show their
support their support through a sponsor ad.

Each year prior to
the Super Bowl, our students take orders for sub
sandwiches which we make and delivere prior to Super
Bowl Sunday.
