AHS Music Department invites you to attend our annual
POPS CONCERT
Saturday Evening,
January 12, 2008
Welcome the start of a new year
with a delightful evening of popular music. Join the talented
students of the Atholton High School Music Department for an evening
of instrumental and vocal musical performances, including Soloists,
Ensembles, Orchestra, Madrigals, Concert Choir, SWE, Concert Band
and the Jazz Band. The evening has two distinct portions:
FIRST PORTION – DESSERT & COFFEE
CAFÉ
Kick off the evening with an
elegant Dessert & Coffee Café at
Atholton High School. Doors open at 6:15 and performances begin at
6:30.
Indulge yourself in decadent desserts and fair trade coffee served
by our students while enjoying the sights and sounds of our talented
performers at center stage in the cafeteria!
SECOND PORTION – LARGE GROUP
PERFORMANCES
The evening continues with the
Bands, Concert Choir, and Orchestra performing at
7:30pm. Enjoy the expansive sounds of our larger musical groups in
the gymnasium.
We guarantee that you’ll leave humming your favorite tunes
and wishing for more!

available at the door. No advance ticket reservation
necessary.
ENTIRE EVENING*

$40 Sponsorship – Two admissions to the entire evening, preferred
seating in the cafe, plus your name in the Program

$12 Individual – One admission to the entire evening
