ANNUAL SUPER BOWL SUBS SALE

Freshly-made and delivered Saturday, January 31, 2009

1. Orders and money are DUE by Friday, Jan 16, 2009 in a SEALED ENVELOPE with YOUR NAME on the OUTSIDE. Give envelopes to Mr. Eric Posner.

2. Our foot-long SUBS sell for $7.00 each. Music students are responsible for delivering orders to customers.

3. SUBS are categorized as REGULAR and FREEZER-READY.

     REGULAR has meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato

     FREEZER-READY has meat and cheese only

4. Each student should be able to sell at least 7-10 SUBS, but every order helps, no matter how small! (Suggestions: immediate family, relatives, friends, neighbors, AHS alumni, friends of siblings, etc.). Most importantly, sell something! This benefits YOUR music program.

5. All students should report at 8:30 a.m. on Sat, Jan 31, 2009 in the AHS cafeteria to help assemble the SUBS, label and bag student orders. Don’t forget to wear a crazy hat. Prizes will be given for different categories: funniest, most creative, reflecting AHS colors.

6. Jan 31st is the day before the SUPER BOWL. Music students should pick up their orders between 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Each student should deliver his or her SUB order that same day to ensure freshness.

7. SUBS are made with:

COLD CUT                                     TURKEY

2 oz. Salami                                     5 oz. Sliced turkey

2 oz. Cooked ham                             2 oz. Provolone cheese

1 oz. Bologna                                     shredded lettuce & tomatoes

1 oz. American cheese

1 oz. Provolone cheese

shredded lettuce & tomatoes

8. Remember that 50% of the profit from each sub you sell goes into YOUR music account to defray the cost of the spring trip. The other 50% goes towards purchasing items that benefit AHS’ well-renowned music program.

9. When selling, BE COURTEOUS! BE INFORMATIVE! BE POSITIVE
