ANNUAL SUPER BOWL SUBS SALE   Made and delivered Saturday, Feb 2, 2008 Sub Order Form  1.     Orders and money are DUE by Thursday, Jan 17, 2008 in a SEALED ENVELOPE with YOUR NAME on the OUTSIDE.  Give envelopes to Mr. Stevens. 2.     SUBS sell for $7.00 each and include delivery.  They are 12-inch SUBS.  3.  SUBS are categorized as REGULAR and FREEZER-READY. n     REGULAR has meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato n     FREEZER-READY has meat and cheese only 4.      Each student should be able to sell at least 10 SUBS. (Suggestions:  immediate family, relatives, friends, neighbors, AHS alumni, friends of siblings, etc.).  Buy a SUB for your SWEETHEART: deliver with a hug!  Most importantly, sell something!  This benefits YOUR music program.  5.     All students should report to the cafeteria at 8 a.m. on Sat, Feb 2, 2008 at AHS to help assemble the SUBS, and bag and label student orders.  Each student should deliver his or her SUB orders that same day to ensure freshness.  Feb 2nd is the day before the SUPER BOWL.  Pick-up time will begin at approximately 10 a.m.  6.     SUBS are made with:                    COLD CUT                                       TURKEY                       2 oz. Salami                                         5 oz. Sliced turkey                       2 oz. Cooked ham                                2 oz. Provolone cheese                       1 oz. Bologna                                       lettuce and tomato                       1 oz. American cheese                       1 oz.
